Ghana’s premium developer, Waylead Properties, recently had the pleasure of hosting a delegation from Volta Aluminium Company Ltd popularly called VALCO for an exclusive site tour of our premier developments—Alphabet City, Willow Lane, and Le Jardin Symphonique (LJS). The visit offered a unique opportunity for the Valco team to experience firsthand the exceptional features and luxury amenities that define Waylead’s communities.

The tour kicked off at Alphabet City, where our guests explored the modern apartment units, featuring spacious layouts and contemporary designs. They also learned about the extensive community facilities, including the swimming pool, children’s playground, and multi-purpose sports court, all designed to create a well-rounded living experience for residents.

Next, the team visited Willow Lane, our gated community featuring elegant 4-bedroom homes nestled in serene surroundings. The group was impressed with the thoughtful layout. Although Willow Lane is still under construction, the team experienced our commitment to providing quality living spaces for families.

The final stop was Le Jardin Symphonique (LJS), a community renowned for its lush landscapes and tranquil environment. Valco’s team had the chance to explore the green spaces and view the beautiful architecture that blends seamlessly with nature, creating an oasis for residents.

The tour ended on a high note as the Valco team enjoyed time with our brand ambassador Okyeame Kwame who offered a freestyle session and also shared stories and insights into the Waylead experience. They had a great time capturing memorable moments and photos with our ambassador, creating lasting connections.
