On the 12th of August, the Ghanaian Community in Georgia in collaboration with the Ghana Council of Georgia organized a thrilling Ghana Fest. The involvement of the Waylead team, including our brand ambassador Okyeame Kwame, the Managing Director, and property consultants based in the United States, played a pivotal role in the event’s success. Ghana Fest was established to commemorate the culture and history of Ghana to children and families living in the diaspora. This event is meant to ingrain and heighten the unique Ghanaian cultural values into the lives of the diasporas and also to intensify connections between Ghanaians living outside and their roots in Africa, Ghana to be precise.
Ghana Fest is an exciting family fun day that showcases Ghanaian culture. The ceremony proved to be an exciting and enriching experience for attendees of all ages and backgrounds. The event not only showcased Ghanaian traditions, music, arts, crafts, and cuisine but also fostered a sense of community and belonging among the diasporas. Attractions during this event include live Ghanaian music performances, kids’ activities, fashion shows, networking, etc. In addition, vendors display and sell African arts and crafts.
Waylead’s commitment to providing high-quality modern homes for Ghanaians aligned perfectly with the spirit of the Ghana Fest. By showcasing our exceptional properties and offering expert guidance, we aimed to assist Ghanaians in the diaspora to reconnect with their heritage through property acquisition. We introduced our diverse property types, flexible financing options, and incredible discount deals to prospective buyers. As a mastermind in Ghanaian real estate, we provided valuable insights and assistance to potential homeowners and investors in making well-informed decisions about their property needs. Those who visited our stand had the opportunity to interact and engage with us. Inquiries and complex queries presented by potential clients were effectively addressed.
As a gesture of appreciation, we offered Waylead souvenirs to all those who visited our stand, further enhancing our connection with the event attendees. The success of the Ghana Fest reflects the shared commitment of various stakeholders, including Waylead, to promote and preserve the rich cultural heritage of Ghana while facilitating meaningful connections between Ghanaians both at home and abroad.
In conclusion, the 2023 Ghana Fest held marked a significant celebration of Ghanaian culture and heritage, bringing together the Ghanaian community and families from the diaspora. With the collaborative efforts of the Ghanaian Community in Georgia and the Ghana Council of Georgia, this event successfully achieved its goal of educating, initiating, and strengthening the connection between Ghanaians living abroad and their cultural roots in Ghana.
